Why you should have regular health checkups:

Since it’s impossible to predict when a serious illness might happen, it’s important to know your overall health so you’re always prepared. Of course, you can’t think about your health all the time.

It can be challenging to get a routine checkup schedule going if you work long hours or go to school. But the more you put in to your health, the more you’ll get out.
